In PET/CT,18F-FDG is used as a radiopharmaceuticals to produce internal radiation to critical organs of the subject. In order to prevent the recipient from being exposed to excess radiation during the inspection and provide more effective dose equivalent data for oncologists. This article has deduced several time varying linear equation of effective dose and effective dose rate of critical organs based on an algorithm given by dose equivalent calculation in the Basis of Radiation Protection and the numerical values of the physical parameters given by the ICRP.The thermoluminescence dose test was performed on two subjects of different ages.By using the FJ-427A1 thermoluminescence dosimeter, the article has obtained the dose of radiation that was received by the subject in different beds in PET/CT examination, then the effective dose equivalent of PET in different beds was obtained by combining CT dose formula.Comparing the effective dose equivalent and effective dose equivalent rate of brain?lung?liver?bladder and the whole body at different time points,it can be known that the effective dose of the critical organs changed rapidly in the conventional scanning time, and then rose steadily in the half life of the radionuclide. The effective dose equivalent of CT accepted by the examiner in the PET/CT examination is far greater than the effective dose equivalent of PET in the examiner, the effective dose equivalent of PET in the bladder is much greater than that in other critical organs.Comparing the experimental results and the theoretical results,it can be known that the error is small and the theoretical derivation is correct.
