| Purpose:Through the collection of ancient books and modern colorectal cancer treatment of the literature,the ancient and modern Chinese medicine practitioners on the treatment of colorectal cancer treatment comparison,combing the development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer,the system summarizes the law of their use,compared to ancient and modern Drug characteristics,for today’s clinical treatment to provide medication basis,to find a reasonable medication,effective medication,to explore effective ways to prevent colorectal cancer,better for clinical services.Material and method:Ancient literature from the "Chinese Medical Classics" software included ancient books,respectively "Chang Liu","Chang Tan","Chang Pi","Ji Ju","Fu Liang","Zheng Jia","Chang Feng "," Zang Du "," Li Ji "," Bian Xue"," Suo Gangzhi"," Zang Yongzhi" as a keyword for directory search,will search out the literature fragments,and then with the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library Contrast correction,the use of electronic search and manual retrieval of the way,according to the election criteria to determine the required input of the prescription.Modern literature sources: "colorectal cancer" or "intestinal tumor" or "colorectal neoplasms" and "Chinese medicine" or "Chinese medicine therapy" as the main word,in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang data,China biology Medicine disk(CBM)database search in January 1996-December 2016 published in the public Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer related literature and theses,after screening,according to the criteria to determine the need to enter the prescription.Results:1.According to the standard of the preselectors,a total of 209 ancient prescriptions were selected,involving a total of 186 Chinese medicine,,the total frequency of drugs was 1358times;a total of 107 modern prescriptions were selected,involving a total of 193 Chinese medicine,the total frequency of 1055 Taste times.2.Angelica medication frequency was 79 flavor times,prescription occurrence rate was38.80%,with pharmaceuticals frequency ranked first in the ancient square;Atractylodes medication frequency of 62 flavor times,prescription occurrence rate was 57.94%,ranked in the modern side by drugs frequency of the first.3.Ancient Prescription: tonifying herbs,heat-clearing formula,blood-stanching formula,carminative formula,supreficies-resolving formula,astringent formula,blood circulation formula,warming drugs,which total 8 medicines medication frequency 1129 Taste The relative frequency of 83.14%;Modern Prescription: tonifying herbs,heat-clearing formula,formula for diuresis and diffusing dampness,blood circulation drugs,carminative formula,digestion drugs,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,dampness drugs,this medication class 8total frequency of 943 times flavor,the relative frequency of 89.38%.4.The modern side frequency of the application of formula for diuresis and diffusing dampness is 11.28%,1.27% in the ancient side,the most prominent application in modern side is Poria,the incidence in the prescription is 43.93%.5.The modern side of the application of digestion drug relative frequency of 4.63%,the ancient side of 0.44%,this side of the most prominent drug for the malt.6.The relative frequency of the application of the ancient side of tonic drugs is 25.92%,of which41.48% of qi-supplementing formula,blood-supplementing formula for the 43.47%;modern side of the application of tonic drugs in the frequency of 33.83%,of which 64.71% of qi-supplementing formula,blood-supplementing formula for the was 13.17%.7.The ancient frequency of the application of heat-clearing formula in the relative frequency of 16.27%,of which 46.61% heat-clearling and dampness drugs,Qingrejiedu drugs is 10.86%,heat-clearing and cooling blood drugs is 32.13%;modern side of the application of heat-clearing formula in the frequency of 18.58%,the heat-clearling and dampness drugs is14.80%,Qingrejiedu drugs is 72.96%,heat-clearing and cooling blood drugs is 6.63%.Conclusion:1.Ancient physicians are the main application of drugs are: tonifying herbs,heat-clearing formula,blood-stanching formula,carminative formula,supreficies-resolving formula,astringent formula,blood circulation formula,warming drugs;modern physicians are the main application of drugs: t tonifying herbs,heat-clearing formula,formula for diuresis and diffusing dampness,blood circulation drugs,carminative formula,digestion drugs,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,dampness drugs.2.Ancient and modern physicians for the treatment of this disease are tonic ande heat-clearling-based.But the ancient physicians in the tonic on the basis of heat-clearling,and to blood-stanching and carminative,blood circulation,temperature and other law,pay more attention from the "Xue" on the treatment;and modern doctors are more with diuresis and diffusing dampness and digestion Medicine,and tonic drugs to protect the spleen and stomach,pay more attention from the "Qi" on the rule.3.Tonic medicine and heat-clearling medicine are
