Facial paralysis is a common clinical common facial nerve disease,also known as facial nerve palsy.Because of facial nerve barrier,the facial expression muscle group will appear motor dysfunction.The main symptom of the performance is mouth & eyes skewed,specifically reflected in the lighter of forehead wrinkle with gradually disappear,insufficiency of eye closed or unable to close,increased ocular fossae,unable to frown,involuntarily tears overflow,mouth angle obliquely drooping,leakage to the side when the drum gills,chewing food and talking hard,mouth & eyes skewed et al.In the event of a serious situation,it may damage the sensory nerve fibers,and then the hearing dysfunction,facial muscle numbness and sensory unresponsiveness and saliva secretion dysfunction and so on.Even more,Seriously affect the normal expression of facial expressions in patients with facial paralysis.Biofeedback training is to strengthen the facial paralysis of muscle movement ability,reduce hyperactivity muscle movement,and improve the ability of facial muscles to coordinate the movement,so as to achieve the purpose of improving facial muscle function,biofeedback therapy can promote facial nerve remodeling.Facial nerve function rehabilitation training based on biofeedback therapy is an integral part of facial paralysis rehabilitation.The background of this paper is the Nanshan District Science and Technology Project,cooperating with the Sixth People's Hospital of Shen Zhen.A total of 105 cases of face paralysis patients with facial images was recorded in March 2015 to April 2016.Designed and developed a rehabilitation of facial nerve function under the rehabilitation system for facial paralysis and other facial nerve function in patients with facial muscle training to provide real-time stimulation of feedback,contribute to facial nerve remodeling,and promote facial nerve function rehabilitation.First,obtain the face image through the web camera,and use the ‘haar' classifier to detect the face position,use the ‘intraface' to extract the crucial facial points.Then,according to the crucial facial points to calculate the face asymmetry,according to the relative displacement of the key points to estimate the patient's facial movement.Finally,the facial gesture is estimated by the crucial facial points and the facial expressions of the virtual 3D face model are controlled.Based on the biofeedback therapy,this paper combines the enhancement of realistic technology with facial nerve functional rehabilitation training,and completes the design of the rehabilitation system of neurological rehabilitation.Use the virtual 3D face model to replace the patient face as a direct feedback,face model can be consistent with the patient's face in real time.In addition,the paper also proposed facial motion feedback and symmetry feedback,the patient rehabilitation training process of the key parts of the movement and facial asymmetry as a whole feedback to the patient feedback.
