| Purpose:Observe the influence of the modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang on the curative effect of the patients suffered from osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture during early period after the artificial femoral head replacement operation.Methods:53 cases of inpatients of “osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture(EvansⅠc model,Ⅰd model and Ⅱ model)” of the Orthopaedic Hospital in Shenyang during January 2015 –June 2016,who were diagnosed as suitable for artificial femoral head replacement,as the research objects,with ages ≥ 76 years’ old;diagnosed as rarefaction of bone with the dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,they are divided into the experimental group(26 cases)and the control group(27 cases)randomly according to the order of admission.The two groups of patients are provided with basic treatment for rarefaction of bone with calcium carbonate D3 particles(manufactured by Beijing Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,with Chinese medicine prescription No.of H20090334),the alfacalcidol soft capsules(manufactured by Isreal Teva Pharmaceutical Industry Co.,Ltd.,with Chinese medicine prescription No.of J20080075)and the salmon calcitonin calcimar nasal spray(manufactured by Yingu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,with Chinese medicine prescription No.of H20030905)as soon as they are admitted to hospital.Both of the two groups are conducted with artificial femoral head replacement,with the same postoperation expectant treatment and rehabilitation scheme.The patients of the experimental group are treated with the modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang one day after the operation,and the control group was given the basic treatment for osteoporosis.The hemoglobin(Hb)of the two groups are recorded,for the comparisons on the differences between the two groups before the operation,1 day,1 week and 2 weeks after the operation;the VAS ratings and the thigh cross-section diameter of the patients of the two groups are recorded,for the comparisons on pains and swelling degrees on 1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days after the operation;at the same time,the comparisons are made between the two groups on the Harris ratings on 1 month,3 month and 6 month,after the operation;the blood transfusion conditions and DVT occurs conditions are conducted with statistics when the patients leave from the hospital,to conduct comparative analysis on the differences between the two groups.Results:1.The differences on Hb level between the two groups before the operation,1 day and 1 week after the operation have no statistical significance(P>0.05);at the 2 week after operation,the level of Hb in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The differences on VAS ratings and the thigh cross-section diameter between the two groups on 1 day and 14 days after the operation have no statistical significance(P>0.05);the VAS ratings and the thigh cross-section diameter of the experimental group on the 3rd day and the 7th day after the operation are lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The differences on Harris ratings between the two groups of patients1 month,3 months and 6 months after the operation have statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The number of blood transfusion of the experimental group after the operation is less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.There was no statistically significant difference in the number of DVT cases between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: According to clinical observation,the recovery rate of Hb level of the patients who are provided with the modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang after the artificial femoral head replacement are accelerated,illustrating that the application of the modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang after the artificial femoral head replacement on the osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture patients can improve the anemia symptom.The VAS,swelling degree and Harris score of the experimental group recovered faster than the control group.This shows that the modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang has a good analgesic,eliminate swelling and promote the recovery of hip function. |
