| High medical costs has become the focus of concern in today's society.In order to alleviate the rapid growth of hospitalization expenses of single diseases,through guiding the patient reasonable medical consumption and promoting harmonious coexistence of hospitals,patients and health care institutions,the goal of improving quality of medical services will be got.This paper proposes an optimization screening model of the key factors affecting hospitalization expense of single diseases based on a vast amount of literature in the library.Excessive growth of single diseases hospital expenses is curbed by regulating selected key factors.First,the optimization model will inspect whether the data is gathered and constructing two level model selects key factors of preliminary which be divided into fixed effect and random effect.Then,the linear mixed model consists of the process of two level model,and which covariance matrix of random effects will undertake Cholesky decomposition.The linear mixed optimization model of LASSO-LMM,SCAD-LMM and EN-LMM,which is optimized by LASSO,SCAD,Elastic Net,will select the key factors respectively.Results for three model selection will be used to choose the final key affecting factors which verify its reasonable value and existence and some suggestions will be gave in order to ease the excessive growth of single diseases hospital expenses.Finally,the example in colorectal cancer will be taken to analyze the science and value of screening model of hospitalization expense of single diseases.Empirical analysis shows that,it is reasonable for this paper to building the optimization model for selecting key factors of hospitalization expense of single diseases which screening results are accord with real situation.It provides certain theoretical basis to alleviate rapid growth of hospitalization expenses of single diseases and develop single disease quality management policy and ensure benign development of medical service industry. |
