Object:There are nearly 120 million chronic carriers with hepatitis B virus(HBV)in our country.Moderate chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and severe CHB change extremely easily into cirrhosis.HBV cirrhosis is a chronic,progressive,diffuse inflammation and fibrotic liver disease caused by HBV.Under the HBV,liver cells are steatosis,necrosis,and apoptosis diffusely.The remnant liver cells regenerate and form regenerative nodule.Connective tissue hyperplasia is diffusely and form fibrous septum,and cut apart hepatic lobule eventually.And it is instead for pathological changes by tuberous sclerosis or false lobule as feature.The clinical manifestation are liver function damage and portal hypertension.Main therapeutic means of HBV cirrhosis are eliminating causes and anti-fibrosis.Anti-fibrosis by traditional Chinese medicine is a very significant effect without obvious adverse reaction.So it has certain advantage.Research about anti-fibrosis by traditional Chinese medicine had got great progress in twenty years.This research was designed in order to observe the curative effect of supplementing qi and removing toxin and dredging collaterals recipe unite antivirotic treat and antivirotic treat only to HBV cirrhosis and canceration.Method:A retrospective study involved 187 patients hospital from March 2013 to June 2016 were diagnosised HBV cirrhosis in Dong Zhi Men Hospital.They were devided into two groups on the basis of having traditional Chinese medicine or not.The control group has 95 patients treated by antivirotic treat only,and the treatment group has 92 patients treated by supplementing qi and removing toxin and dredging collaterals recipe unite antivirotic treat.The changes of TCM Syndrome,liver function,liver imaging and gastroscope were observed in first visit,6 months later,12 months later and 18 months later.And the result would be evaluated.All the data would be processed by SPSS 17.0.Results:(1)Comprehensive effect:As the clinical observation result,the excellence rate of control group is 66.3%,and total effective rate is 85.3%,the treatment group is 81.5%and 95.7%.(2)TCM Syndrome:Both two methods could reduce TCM Syndrome score after 6 months later,and they had no difference;Both two methods could reduce TCM Syndrome score after 12 and 18 months later,and the treatment group was better than control group.(3)Symptoms and signs:Both two methods could improve the patients' symptoms after 6 months,and they had no difference.Both two methods could improve the patients' symptoms after 12 and 18 months,and the treatment group was better than control group in some symptoms.(4)Assay index:Both two methods could improve the patients' assay index after 6,12 and 18 months.And the treatment group was better than control group.(5)Image:Both two methods could improve the patients' ascites after 6,12 and 18 months.And the treatment group was better than control group.Both two methods could not improve the patients' splenomegaly and portal hypertension significantly after 6,12 and 18 months.Two liver lesions happened in both two groups after 18 months,and they had no difference.(6)Adverse event:Two patients had diarrhea and rash?and these symptoms were temporary.Ther's nothing special in their ECG,BP,urine routine and regular stool.Conclusion:The experiment showed that there were significant effect for HBV cirrhosis treated by supplementing qi and removing toxin and dredging collaterals recipe unite antivirotic treat in TCM Syndrome,symptoms and signs,assay index and image.And it was better than antivirotic treat only in TCM Syndrome and symptoms and signs 6 months later.The experiment could not show any exact effect in the prevention of liver cancer.
