Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a painless,non-invasive,green treatment and diagnosis technique.It is mainly used in the field of nerve medicine and rehabilitation medicine.Clinical study of transcranial magnetic stimulation showed that the technology may make the subjects feel unwell in the process of treatment and diagnosis,that is,there are security problems,and so the technology is not widely used.Aiming at the safety problem of transcranial magnetic stimulation,this paper presented the structure of magnetic field measurement based on transcranial magnetic stimulation.In transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment and diagnosis process,the measurement of magnetic field structure instead of the subjects,the magnetic field measurement structure can feedback the magnetic field distribution,analysis of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment and diagnosis of the existence of potential safety problems on the basis of magnetic field distribution.The measurement structure of magnetic field provides the measurement basis and physical basis for improving the security of transcranial magnetic stimulation.It has certain directive significance to the improvement of transcranial magnetic stimulation device.Aiming at the structure of magnetic field measurement,the calibration platform of three-dimensional(3D)magnetic field measurement sensor and 3D magnetic field measurement sensor was designed in this paper.The calibration method of 3D magnetic field measurement sensor and 3D magnetic field measurement sensor calibration platform was proposed,and the theoretical analysis,experimental and experimental results error analysis were carried out.The experimental results showed that the calibration experiment error of the calibration platform of the 3D magnetic field measurement sensor is<1%,and the calibration experiment error of the 3D magnetic field measurement sensor is<1.5%,which were within the range of error allowed(5%).Therefore,the designed 3D magnetic field measurement sensor calibration platform can be used for calibration of 3D magnetic field measurement sensor,the 3D magnetic field measurement sensor has been calibrated can be used for the magnetic field measurement structure to carry out the magnetic field measurement.
