Objective:Functional Gastrointestinal disease(FGIDs),namely gut-brain interaction disorders,is a set of common diseases of digestive system.Clinically, patients often have multiple overlapping symptoms, even there are two kinds of or more than two kinds of disease of overlapping, called functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap syndrome, according to the clinical research in recent years, functional dyspepsia overlapping irritable bowel syndrome is common.Functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap syndrome belongs to the category of spleen and stomach department of traditional Chinese medicine disease,no corresponding with the name of disease at present, now it belongs to " stomachache","noisy gastral cavity","bloating","acid regurgitation","emesis"," diarrhoea","constipation" etc, each disease has its own standard syndrome, but the syndrome of functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap syndrome is various, and the syndrome is subjective and lacking unified standards. It affects the understanding and clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent. Therefore, this study proposes to summarize common syndrome and syndromes of functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap, taking functional dyspepsia overlapping diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome for example,to establish epidemiology basis of syndrome elements and syndrome and regulate treatment of the functional gastrointestinal diseases. Methods:This study cases from March 2016 to December 2016 at Beijing Chinese medicine hospital and Beijing Yanqing hospital of Chinese medicine,a total of 210 patientsand accords with diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia overlapping diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.Using cross-sectional survey method, collect data by clinical information collection table, including patient's general information and TCM four diagnostic information, etc.Using the statistical software SPSS 21.0 analysis structure of basic data.Explore regularity distribution of TCM syndrome in functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap by cluster analysis method.Results:(1)general data of 210 cases of patients, male 96 cases(45.71%),female 114 cases(54.29%),the female is 1.19 times that of men.The youngest is 18 years old,the biggest for the 85 years old, young man 59 patients(28.10%),middle age 75 cases(35.71%),76 cases(36.19%)in the elderly, the average age was 53.04 ± 15.17 years old.(2)based on the experience of TCM syndrome types,210 cases of patients, splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type of 76 cases(36.19%),liver depression and spleen deficiency of 69 cases(32.86%),spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of 24 cases(11.43%),spleen and stomach qi deficiency type of 16 cases(7.62%),type of combined with cold and heat of 15 cases(7.14%)spleen and stomach damp-heat type in 7 cases(3.33%),liver-qi stagnation type of 3 cases(1.43%).(3)Cluster analysis results:210 patients, incorporated into the frequency more than 25%of TCM four diagnostic information, eliminate the information has no obvious meaning, final variables included 43 symptoms,by utilizing the method of system clustering, get three syndrome types:syndrome of combined with cold and heat, spleen stomach deficiency syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. Conclusion and significance:Based on clustering analysis, clinical common syndromes type of functional gastrointestinal disease overlap syndrome is combined with cold and heat, spleen stomach deficiency syndrome, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. This study uses the method of cluster analysis in functional dyspepsia overlapping diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, objective analyzing the rule of TCM syndrome in functional gastrointestinal disease overlap syndrome, and avoiding the subjective factor for classification of syndrome differentiation, providing a certain theoretical basis for clinical standardized treatment for functional gastrointestinal diseases overlap syndrome.
