The quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is the guarantee of clinical efficacy.The characteristics and environment factors lead to TCM metamorphism,such as loss efficacy,produce toxic side effects.How to monitor the quality of TCM effectively?What is the change in the internal quality of herbs in the process of deterioration?Are the main problems that need to be solved in the study of TCM metamorphosis.These issues should to be addressed.Preparation of metamorphic TCM is one of the most important aspects in TCM quality research.The long-storage specimen tests close to the nature,but it is time-consuming and unstable storage environment.Classical isothermal accelerated tests,initial average rate methods and other accelerated tests can not meet the particularity of TCM,completely simulate the law of natural deterioration of TCM.Based on the above problems,we need to establish a fitting,rapid TCM acceleration model.This study aims to establish TCM acceleration model,taking Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Angelica sinensis and Schisandra chinensis as the research carriers.From the temperature,humidity,light,water activity and other factors to accelerate the experimental study,combined with the long-storage specimen test to evaluation.Also,we introduction of sensory technology for the rapid evaluation of the TCM quality.The specific test results are as follows:(1)The color change of reserve Semen Armeniacae Amarum was not obvious,but the fatty oil content,amygdalin content decreased,acid value and peroxide value increased.Angelica quality with the retention time to extend the aroma weaked,hardened,ferulic acid and ligustilide content decreased.Schisandra Storaged after 240 day,the color deepened,schisandrin,schisantherin,deoxyshizandrin,schizandrin B content decreased.According to acceleration analysis and relevance evaluation,we have screened out the method of accelerating Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Angelica and Schisandra respectively——65??75%RH?3000Lx,45??75%RH?3000Lx,Aw 0.11.Using pharmacodynamic effects as indices,the acceleration rate were 23.9,29.4,23.1 respectively.(2)65?,75%RH,3000Lx;45?,75%RH,3000Lx;Aw 0.11 can be used in"rancidness","scatter"and "discoloration" respectively.(3)65?,75%RH,3000Lx can be used for accelerating the "glycoside" component.45?,75%RH,3000Lx can be used for "volatile oil","organic acid" accelerated test.Aw 0.11 can be used for "biphenyl cyclooctene Type lignans" components of the accelerated test(4)The "response function" with time change of physical and chemical indexes under certain conditions can be used to predict the quality and validity of TCM.(5)The quality changes of Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Angelica sinensis and Schisandra chinensis under same water activities were different.They have different chemical compositions,metamorphic mechanisms and organizational structures.Therefore,it is necessary to design accelerated test targeted.(6)The correlation analysis showed that the content of amygdalin,fatty oil,acid value,peroxide value,four chemical components of Schisandra chinensis were correlated with the response value of electronic nose sensor.The content of four chemical components of Schisandra chinensis were positively correlated with the color L*and b*(p<0.05).(7)The regression equation of the indicators of Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Schisandra chinensis indicators and digital sensory value was obtained by multiple linear regression analysis.The prediction model of "odor-component content" and the "color-component content" prediction model were obtained.This provides a way to quickly predict the chemical composition or index value of TCM from the color and odor values,it also can be used for real-time monitoring and rapid evaluation of TCM quality.This study the establishment of accelerated TCM model for the first time,the research process of TCM accelerating model was put forward,and the validity of multi-factor comprehensive acceleration experiment was clarified.The establishment of odor and color digital system provide quantitateve basis for traditional identification of TCM metamorphism which mainly rely on "appearance".
