Research On Chemical Composition And Quality Control Of Mountain Conch

This thesis includes two parts practice and experiment part.The first part of this thesis is about the pracrice of china-japan friendship hospital medicine department,respectively are clinic TCM pharmacy,hospital TCM pharmacy,pharmacy,Chinese medicine pharmaceutical preparation,testing room.In the process of the five department practice,I have learned and understanded the work process and points for attention of each department.The second part the paper is for the chemical composition and the quality control research of Condonopsis lanceolata.It Includes three Parts,firstly,the research progress of Condonopsis lanceolata;secondly,the chemical composition of Condonopsis lanceolata;thirdly,the quality control research of Condonopsis lanceolata.The first part is discussed the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Condonopsis lanceolata.Triterpenoid saponins are the mainly compounds of Condonopsis lanceolata's chemical composition,in addition,it contains sugar,sterol,alkaloids,flavonoids and volatile oil.It have many pharmacologic actions,such as anti-cancer,mutant resistance,anti-oxidation,fall blood sugar,blood lipid,analgesia,and so on.The second part is about the chemical components of the roots of Condonopsis lanceolata.The 50%ethanol aqueous extracts were separated and purified by column chromatography using HP-20,Sephadex LH-20 as packing materials.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characteristics.Six phenylpropanoids were obtained from Sephadex LH-20,and Five compounds were identified.The structures were determined as 5-hydroxymethyl-2-formaldehyde(1)?Codonopilodiynoside A(2)?lobetyol(3)?(+)-isolariciresinol(4)?lobetyolin(5).Compounds(1)-(4)were isolated from Condonopsis lanceolata for the first time.The first part is discussed the quality control research of Condonopsis lanceolata.To establish HPLC determination method of Codonopsis lanceolata.The fingerprints of Codonopsis lanceolata from 13 different habitats were analyzed with "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Materia Medica(Version 2004A)" The established method is simple,specific,stability and repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of C.lanceolata.
