Objective:How to ease the rapid growth of medical expenses,is the current challenges to our health business.In this context,with the popularization and promotion of the medical insurance system,the level of medical security and coverage of a substantial increase in the use of health insurance fund and regulatory issues gradually become the focus of discussion.This paper analyzes the status of medical insurance fund and hospitalization expenses in Dalian,the distribution and composition of hospitalization expenses and the main factors influencing the expenditure of medical insurance fund,and further studies the future research of medical insurance fund in Dalian.Provide direction.Methods:According to the international disease classification code ICD-10 as the standard,from the Dalian City Medical Insurance Management Center information system screening five types of diseases 2016 annual hospital cost data as the research object and information,will collect the relevant data with EXCEL,SPSS17.0(Mann-Whitney test using two independent samples);for a multi-categorical variable,a Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum test with multiple samples was used to test the data,using a descriptive analysis of the data,single factor analysis And the P value is ? =0.05,and all P values indicate the probability of both sides.)Finally,the multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the fee paid by the Medicare fund under hospitalization expenses.Results:First of all,to understand the expenditure of hospital health insurance in Dalian City,the cost of hospitalization accounted for more than 50% of expenditure,as a background analysis of Dalian hospital costs found that coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction,lung cancer,pneumonia and transient cerebral ischemia The cost of hospitalization for diseases is high,and the cost of hospitalization for these five diseases is extracted.A total of 10,6526 person-based hospitalizations were included in the statistical analysis of the study.1.The average hospitalization age of cerebral infarction,coronary heart disease,transient cerebral ischemia,pulmonary malignancy and pneumonia was 70.41 years old,69.52 years old,66.99 years old,65.41 years old and 45.14 years old,the average hospital days were 11.30 days,9.29 days,9.74 days,10.33 days,9.80 days,the average hospitalization costs were 10,947.55 yuan,7734.48 yuan,6460.97 yuan,11002.18 yuan,9566.63 yuan,the proportion of drugs were 42.3%,40.4%,42.2%,43.3%,40.7%;2.Using Kruskal-Wallis to test the difference between the cost per capita of different hospitals under the same disease,it was found that the total cost of medical expenses,self-cost,examination fee,treatment fee and drug cost were significant.0.000,less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,theoretically proved that the same kind of disease in different hospitals per capita costs are quite different.The factors affecting the payment of medical insurance fund were age,sex,personnel category,hospital type,starting standard and length of hospital stay,R2 = 0.411,F =2721.874,p = 0.000;The factors affecting the payment of health care fund were age,person category,hospital type,starting standard and length of hospital stay,R2 = 0.374,F = 3174.485,p = 0.000;The factors affecting the payment of medical insurance fund for transient cerebral ischemia were age,sex,personnel category,hospital type,starting standard and length of hospital stay,R2 = 0.394,F = 2139.968,p = 0.000;The factors affecting the payment of medical insurance fund for lung cancer were age,person category,hospital type,starting standard and length of hospital stay,R2 =0.329,F = 975.342,p = 0.000;The factors that affect the payment of pneumonia in the medical insurance fund are age,sex,starting standard and length of hospital stay,R2 = 0.472,F = 2414.854,p =0.000.Conclusion:The elderly population demand for health insurance fund increased year by year,so that health insurance fund spending growth.The concentration of patients intertiary hospitals is still evident,there is a significant difference in the cost of medical services between hospitals in the same disease,and the differences in these costs indirectly suggest that there is a possibility of waste of medical insurance fund spending.The factors that affect the payment of medical insurance fund under the hospitalization expenses are mainly age,sex,personnel category,hospital type,starting standard and hospitalization days.However,the factors affecting the payment of medical insurance fund between different diseases are different.In general,With the increase in age and length of hospital stay,the payment of health insurance funds increased.
