The Preliminary Clinical Efficacy Of Feijinkang Combined With Radiotherapy In The Treatment Of Superior Vena Cava Syndrome Of Lung Cancer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Feijinkangfang combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of superior vena cava compression syndrome.Methods: 37 cases were included in the standard.According to the principle of randomization,19 cases(oral Chinese medicine + radiotherapy)and 18 cases(radiotherapy alone)were divided into observation group.The changes of actual tumor size,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and acute radiation toxicity were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The results were analyzed using software spss23.0.Results: After treatment,the short-term efficacy of the tumor to determine the group of complete remission in 4 cases,partial remission in 12 cases,no remission in 3 cases,the total remission rate of 84.2%.The control group completely relieved 4 cases,partial remission in 10 cases,no remission in 4 cases,the total remission rate of 77.8%,it had statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score improves cases had 15 cases in observation group and 8 cases in control group,it had statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups,respectively,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).Karnofsky score improved effective cases had 16 cases in observation group and 9 cases in control group,it had statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups,respectively,Karnofsky scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01);Acute radiation toxicity after radiotherapy in Leukopenia and Radiation dermatitis,it had statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups,but in Radiation pneumonia and Radiation esophagitis,There were no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Feijikangfang combined with radiotherapy and radiotherapy alone can narrow the tumor volume of patients with superior vena cava syndrome of lung cancer,TCM syndrome score,quality of life,and Feijikangfang combined with radiotherapy to improve TCM syndrome,Karnofsky score better than Radiotherapy alone;the incidence of acute radiation toxicity of leukopenia and radiation dermatitis is low.
