Clinical Study On The Effect Of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction On Inhibiting Recurrence Of Hot And Cold Injection Of Intestinal Fistula

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in restoring the recurrence of damp-heat bowel syndrome of intestinal Tan,and to explore the effectiveness and safety of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in restoring the recurrence of intestinal Tan.Method:90 cases of intestinal Tan that were belong to damp-heat syndrome by the diagnosis of TCM,and were randomly divided into three groups(Treatment group,control group,blank group).Treatment group treated by the basis of conventional treatment and taking the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction orally,the control group was treated with the basis of routine treatment and taking the Aspirin enteric-coated tablets orally.The blank group was treated only by routine treatment.By observing the Symptom score and clinical overall efficacy,postoperative recurrence rate of one year after operation of the three groups before and after treatment,then through collating the data,settling and analyzing statistically.Finally,the superiority and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation were evaluated.Results:The symptoms of three groups before and after treatment were significantly different,indicating that the removal of polyps were to a certain to improve clinical symptoms,But the comparison among the three groups before and after treatment score difference,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group and blank control group,indicating that taking the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction orally were better in alleviating the clinical symptoms(P<0.05).The clinicalEfficacy of the three groups was statistically significant,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and blank group(P<0.05).The comparison of recurrence rates between the three groups,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and blank group.While the control group and the blank group recurrence rate difference was not significant,there is no more significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The using of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the postoperative clinical symptoms of patients with hot and humid-type bowel syndrome.the Clinical efficacy is significantly.It's effective in inhibiting the hot and humid-type bowel syndrome patients recurrence after operation,plus economical and practical,easy to be treated by patients,so it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
