Clinical Study On The Prevention And Treatment Of Radiation Pneumonitis By Jianpi Yifei Decoction

Objectives:To evaluate the theraPeutic effect of JianPi Yifei Decoction on radiation Pneumonitis after radiotheraPy for non-small cell lung cancer by clinical observation.Methods:seventy-two Patients chosen for the study were randomly divided into two grouPs:the treating grouP(treated with Radiation theraPy combining with traditional Chinese medicine JianPi Yifei Decoction treatment,Until the completion of observation)and the controlled grouP(treated with Radiation theraPy).29 cases in the treatment grouP and 23 cases in the control grouP,To observer the change of Karnofsky functional status,the incidence of radiation Pneumonitis,the RTQG grade of radiation Pneumonitis and the Chinese medicine symPtom score and comprehensive effect score after treatment was completed.Results:(1)The incidence of radioactive Pneumonia in the treatment grouP and the control grouP was 24.1%vs 43.5%,There was no statistically significant difference between the two grouPs(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the two grouPs in the RTOG score for the severity of emissive Pneumonia(P<0.05);(2)ComPared with the control grouP,P<0.05,the statistical significance,suggesting that the treatment grouP can effectively imProve the Physical condition of Patients.(3)Treatment grouP can effectively imProve the Patient cough and sPutum,chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest Pain,fatigue and other symPtoms(P<0.05).(4)Treatment grouP can effectively imProve the overall efficacy of Patient?(p<0.05).(5)No significant side effects were observed during treatment.Conclusions:JianPi Yifei Decoction can significantly imProve the severity of radiation Pneumonia,the Patient's Physical condition,the quality of life of Patient sand Chinese medicine symPtoms,can imProve the overall efficacy of Patients.And no obvious toxic side effects were found.
