Nasal Oxygen Inhalation Of Happy Jiannao Liquid In The Treatment Of Alzheimer's Disease Spleen And Kidney Deficiency, Phlegm And Stasis Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective: Based on the clinical practice,literature research and theory exploration,observing the improvement of the clinical syndrome and the cognitive ability and the ability to live by the nasal inhalation of Kaixinjiannao liquid in treating Alzheimers disease.To lay a foundation for exploring new and effective routes of treatment for senile dementia.Methods:Collected 60 cases that are selected according with the standard of Alzheimers disease in the inpatient department from The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,each group consists of 30 patients: The control group:given donepezil hydrochloride tablets,The test group:On the basis of the control group,given nasal inhalation of Kaixinjiannao liquid.After eight weeks,I will observe and analyse the two group,s changes of clinical syndrome and MMSE,ADL scale to achieve the conclusions.Result:1.The test group and the control group all achieve a much better score in MMSE scale after the treatment,yet MMSE scale of The test group is much better than the control group(p<0.05).2.Only the test group has apparent difference in the ability to live according to the ADL scale after the treatment,yet ADL scale of The test group is much better than the control group(p<0.05).3.The clinical syndromes of the two groups were improved distinctively,yet the test group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of The clinical syndromes.4.No adverse reaction occurs during the observation process.Conclusion:The nasal inhalation of Kaixinjiannao liquid has obviously advantage in improving clinical syndroms and the two scales,so we can extend the application of this method.
