Correlation Between TH17 Cells And Related Cytokines IL-17, IL-22 And IL-23 And Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To analyze if the levels of interleukin 17(IL-17), interleukin 22(IL-22)and interleukin23(IL-23) and the percentage of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with HCC whether There is abnormal. To preliminary discuss the pathogenesis of HCC,and to discuss the clinical role of HCC?And through the research is expected to be provides the theoretical basis of cytokines for the treatment of patients with HCC.Me Thod Forty Chinese HCC patients. Forty healthy Chinese volunteers were recruited as normal controls. Using flow cytometry(FCM) method to detect two groups of Th17 cells in peripheral blood.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect plasma IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 levels in peripheral blood. According to International Union Against Cancer(UICC),the HCC patients were divided into four groups(?,?,?,?).Results Compared with normal controls(3.12±0.72), the levels of Th17 cells(4.06±0.76,4.16±0.74,4.72±0.73,5.06±0.82)in patients with HCC were obviously higher,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).Compared with normal controls( 26.17±3.12, 15.42±2.20,18.72±3.13), plasma IL-17(80.40±6.06,87.42±7.02,190.12±10.78,240.28±15.8),IL-22(50.12±3.02,56.28±3.02,90.12±6.28,120.28±10.12)and IL-23(70.42±6.06,82.12±6.87,140.21±13.09,160.21±14.05)in patients with HCC were obviously higher,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion1. The levels of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of HCC patients,and peripheral blood plasma IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 of HCC patients were higher than that of normal controls.To confirm there is a close relationship between the occurrence of Th17 and HCC.2. The levels of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of HCC patients,and related cytokines(IL- 17, IL-22 and IL- 23) in peripheral blood of HCC patients increased with tumor TNM progress from stage?to stage ?.To show that Th17 cells may play an imporont role in occurrence and development process of HCC.3. Th17 cells and IL-17,IL-22, IL-23 is positive correlation,which indicates That Th17 cells and related cytokines(IL- 17, IL- 22 and IL – 23) may have a synergistic effect in The progression and pathogenesis of HCC.
