Objective:To observe and compare the changes of points of different never segments to regulate intragastric pressure between the normal rats and model rats with micro-injection into LV.To investigate the effects of oxytocin in PVN on regulation of gastric function with acupuncture different nerve segments.Provide the theory of the meridians and Zang-fu with the solid basis for modern science. Methods:The intragastric pressure was detected by inserted the balloon in stomach to record the changes of intragastric pressure.Atosiban which is oxytocin specificity antagonist was microinjected into LV in rats,to observe the gastric internal pressure changes before and after acupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36),Neiguan(PC 6) and Weishu(BL 21).Results:Effects of acupuncturing points of different never segments on intragastric pressure of the model rats with micro-injection into LV.(1)Before atosiban micro-injection into LV,comparison of intragastro pressure in acupoints group before and after acupuncture:Acupuncturing at Zusanli group and Neiguan group, intragastric pressure increases and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);While acupuncturing at Weishu group, intragastric pressure decreases and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)After atosiban micro-injection into LV,comparison of intragastro pressure in acupoints group before and after acupuncture:OT neurons were inhibited, and the intragastric pressure increases. When acupuncturing at Zusanli group and Neiguan group, intragastric pressure was no significant change and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); While acupuncturing at Weishu group, intragastric pressure was even lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Before and after atosiban injection into LV, comparison of difference intragastro pressure values in acupoints group:Before and after injection of atosiban, while acupuncturing at Neiguan group and Zusanli group intragastric pressure decrease significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparing the difference of acupuncture at Weishu group before and after injection of atosiban, intragastric pressure does not change significantly, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Paraventricular nucleus oxytocin neurons is involved in the regulation of gastric function, inhibit gastric motility of the rat and reduce gastric pressure.2.The adjustment effect of gastric internal pressure is also different for different nerve segments acupoints.Paraventricular nucleus oxytocin is necessary for different nerve segments acupoints on the adjustment of gastric internal pressure, but it can be adjusted between the spinal cord for the same spinal segments acupoints.3.The adjustment effect of gastric internal pressure is also different for different nerve segments acupoints. There is a specific link between meridian and Zangfu,It is reveal that“many acupoints controlling one viscus”is relative specificity.
