The Short-term Clinical Efficacy Of Sanshenxi Xia Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood Deficiency And Sputum Internal Resistance Type IV Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objective: To explore effective prescription for the treatment of breast cancer through the recent clinical effect observation of the treatment of Sanshenqinxiayin on deficiency of qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis in the interior in advanced TNBC.Methods: 43 patients who up to standard divided into two groups, 22 cases were triple negative Chinese medicine group, 21 cases were triple negative chemotherapy group,and gave Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and xeloda treatment respectively?Set up a non-TNBC control group 22 cases in addition,TCM group take 63 days and daily a dose,xeloda for 14 days, the rest 7 days, three consecutive cycles?Record and statistical analysis of TCM syndrome?Physical condition, tumor size and adverse reactions after the medication.Results: 1?triple negative Chinese medicine group was dramatically improved in TCM symptoms?the quality of life, but less adverse reaction compared with triple negative chemotherapy group,he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2?The two groups has no differences in TCM symptoms? quality of life?inhibitory rate and adverse reactions occur compared with non-TNBC control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)?Conclusion: 1?Sanshenqinxiayin can significantly improve the lack of power?chest tightness of TCM symptoms in deficiency of qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis TNBC breast cancer patients,and improve the patient's physical condition?side effects of small. It has certain inhibitory effect on tumor growth;2?Curative effect of Sanshenqinxiayin has no obvious difference between deficiency of qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis in the interior in advanced TNBC and non-TNBC control group.
