Clinical Study On 120 Cases Of Diabetes Mellitus With Ischemic Stroke Treated By Dialectical Treatment Of TCM

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combination therapy stroke of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of diabetes.Methods:120 cases of acute stage of ischemic stroke in patients with diabetes ellitus were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases), combined treatment of patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and wstern edicine is standardized, Chinese medicine dialectical typing corresponding prescription.Decoction and preparation:one dose daily, three times, oral atthe same time, be western medicine foundation treatment in department of internal medicine. Compared to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined treatment of non standardized, namely the Chinese medicine dialectical uniform to promoting blood circulation to Remove Blood Stasis Decoction and preparation, also be western medicine foundation treatment in Department of internal medicine. Treatment was continued for 4 weeks. Before treatment and 4 weeks after 2 weeks, the NIHSS score, ADL scale, TCM syndrome score.Results:the two groups before treatment and after treatment in different periods after the NIHSS score, ADL score, the variance analysis of therepeated measurement data, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment in the two groups corresponding to different period of NIHSS score, ADL score, the variance analysis of the repeated measurement data, statistical no differences (P>0.05). The two groups before treatment and after treatment in different periods after the TCM Syndrome Scale score, the variance analysis of the repeated measurement data,the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). After the treatment in the two groups corresponding to different periods of TCM symptoms, the variance analysis of the repeated measurement data, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
