Fritillary bulb,one of the special medicinal herbs in Northeast China which is a herbaceous medicinal plant of the Lily family.It has the function of clearing away heat and moistening lung,relieving cough and resolving phlegm.The planting area is expanding with the increase of medicinal value and economic value of Fritillary bulb.However,The Fritillary bulb harvest in the planting area is basically a traditional handwork or semi mechanical operation.Nowadays there are no harvesting machines that can be popularized,because the Fritillary bulb harvester mostly in research and design stage in China.In view of the actual production demand of Fritillary bulb harvester,this paper is to improve the design and optimization of 4B-1200 type flat fritillary harvester developed by Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.The key components of the Fritillary bulb harvester were optimized based on the combination of theory and experiment,with the screening rate and the damage rate of the harvester as indicators,achieve the goal that smooth and reliable work,high harvest quality.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the existing 4B-1200 type of Fritillary bulb harvester,combined with the planting agronomic requirement and design principles of Fritillary bulb,the overall structure of the harvester is laid out,and the main technical parameters such as the harvesting width,the operating depth,the supporting power and the productivity of the machine are obtained through theoretical analysis.By analogy analysis of the structure and working principle of the lifting device and separating device of the similar rhizome crop harvester,a chain scraper reverse lift and a roller sieve are proposed,and the main structural parameters and working parameters are obtained by theoretical analysis of the key components.(2)Using UG software to establish the virtual prototype of 4B-1200 type Fritillary bulb harvester,the interference test and simulation analysis of virtual prototype,at the same time,the static analysis of key components using ANSYS software shows that there is no interference phenomenon and the quality of the whole machine is 862.36 kg,the center of mass is located at the center of the end of the lift,the main shaft of the lift,the center of the drum screen and the stress check of the scraper meet the design.(3)Processing test prototype,taking the net rate of the Fritillary bulb and the damage rate as the test index,by single factor test and orthogonal experiment design,we get the order of influence factors on sieve net rate:drum screen rotational speed,roller sieve speed,feeding quantity;The influence order of damage rate is:feeding quantity,roller screen length,roller sieve speed.Optimization parameter combination:feeding quantity is 13kg/s,roller sieve speed is 10r/min,roller sieve length is 1600 mm.Under this condition,the sieve net rate reached 97.1%,damage rate reached 3.8%,loss rate reached 4.1%,which can meet the design requirements.
