Study On The Disease Resistance Of Soybean Variety Resources To Phytophthora

This study choose 4 of advantages of phythophthora sojae strain to gather in heilongjiang province(352),(203)in jilin province,liaoning province(73),(7)in henan province,shandong province(61),Beijing(59),(26)in anhui province and Shanxi Province(27),other area(49)a total of 857 soybean resources,through the hypocotyl wound inoculation method to identify the disease resistance of 857 soybean germplasm resources.Test results show that there are 35 in heilongjiang,there are 16 in jilin and liaoning area there are four areas with 3 copies,henan,shandong area is 1,there are three parts in Beijing,anhui region exists in 31,shanxi region and other areas there are four 4 strains resistant strains of soybean germplasm resources phythophthora sojae.These findings for further quality germplasm resources and mining is applied in our country to provide reference for soybean planting varieties and quality work,so as to enhance our country's soybean growth and improving soybean yield and quality,and ultimately provide the conditions to achieve growth in soybean.
