This paper chooses the main peach tree —“Huang jin guan ”Peach in Liaocheng University fruit tree plantations orchard as the test material and studies its photosynthetic characteristics, postharvest physiological and biochemical quality and different storage methods. During the test, observe photosynthesis diurnal variations of last phase of “Huang jin guan ”Peach and explore its change rule in comparison with other peach tree; By observing different harvest time of“Huang jin guan ”Peach, its storage in different temperatures and the storage effect after it's treated in different preservatives, the study results can be drawn as below:1.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) for “Huang jin guan ”Peach is shown as a bimodal curve. Peak and a second peak time in nine o 'clock in the morning and afternoon at 3 o 'clock. At noon, a "lunch break" phenomenon happens. The environmental factors are the main reasons to influence the photosynthesis. We can relieve the net photosynthetic rate depressing phenomenon caused by the too high field temperature at noon by taking field management measures.2.In the study of various physicochemical property changes of “Huang jin guan ”Peach in different harvest time, we can see that the physicochemical property variation trend of“Huang jin guan ”Peach in different harvest time has no difference, but the hardness, titratable acidity, soluble solids and other physicochemical property of “Huang jin guan ”Peach which reaches medium well-MW of full ripeness are better than those of the fruit in medium well. So in order to get good storage effect, medium well-MW “Huang jin guan ”Peach should be chosen to be picked.3. When stored at different temperatures, the physicochemical property changes of peach fruit are similar. But compared with 15 ? and room temperature, Under 5 ?, a variety of physicochemical properties change slow. The low temperature has the significant effect to refrain the softening of the fruits, reducing of titratable acid and vitamin C as well as the rising of the soluble solids, and it can effectively extend the storage time of the fruit and delay senescence of peach fruits.4.By storing after using different concentrations of calcium chloride to do treatment and studying physiological property changes of“Huang jin guan ”Peach, the result indicates that calcium chloride after treatment can inhibit after-ripening of fruit very well, maintain fruit's hardness, suppress the increase of TSS and lower the declining of TA content and descent rate of vitamin C. In general, the treatment effect of 4g/L calcium chloride is better than that of 2g / L and 6g / L calcium chloride solution.5. By using salicylic acid solution with the concentration of 0.05 g / L, 0.10 g / L, and 0.15 g / L to do treatment and measuring the physiological and biochemical properties of the fruit, the result shows that a variety of physicochemical properties of the fruit after treatment are better than those of the matched group, and the fruit's hardness, titratable acid content, and soluble solids and vitamin C content all can keep a good level, but there are some different effects for different concentrations, wherein the effect is the best when the concentration of salicylic acid is 0.10 g / L.
