Sung Blue(Isatis indigotica Fortune)and blue tea,Radix,etc.,is cruciferous annual herb.With root medicine called Radix,with leaf medicine called Folium.It has a detoxification,swelling and multiple roles pharynx,cooling,etc.,mainly used for the prevention and treatment of mumps,influenza,sore throat and other illnesses.Radix hardy drought-resistant,wide adaptability,all over the country can be cultivated.According to the national market survey,Radix annual demand of about 4 million kg,the market prospect is broad.The past two years,market demand for Radix increases its economic greatly improved,acreage has expanded.Sung Blue suitable spring in the north,and should be timely late sowing,if sown too early,bolting,flowering early,not only resulting in production and quality Radix will decline,but the cultivation process of low temperature and other external environmental signals,will produce its spring inducing,the plants from vegetative growth to reproductive growth transformation,seriously affecting the yield and quality.In this study as a starting point,choose winter strength of different varieties of cabbage blue test material,from flower bud differentiation of morphological characteristics,the accumulation of carbohydrates,nitrogen metabolism(protein and amino acid composition content,nitrogen compound content),and other physiological Biochemical Research Siong blue in flower buds in the process of change,while low by studying different length,temperature and 5-azaC addition and low impact on the strong winter Siong blue growth and flowering varieties with GA3 addition treatment effect,with a view to to find effective measures to control the strong winter varieties bolting,flowering.The results are as follows:1.The change of growing tip in the process of flower bud differentiation was observed by using dissecting microscope,and clearly recorded by photos.Finally the flower bud differentiation grades were further refined to be 6 grades.2.The change of carbon metabolism: the total soluble sugar content and the sucrose content in the growing point and leaf of differentiated variety showed a decreased first and increased afterwards trend.On the other hand,it showed a downward trend in the undifferentiated variety at the same stage,it showed a different regularity in the leaf.3.The change of nitrogen metabolism: the change of total nitrogen contents in growing point of differentiated variety showed a downward trend in the whole period of flower bud differentiation,on the other hand,it reached the highest level at the end of process in the leaf,subsequently,it decreased in squaring and bolting stage.The change of total nitrogen contents in growing point of undifferentiated material showed a unanimous trend,itreached the highest level at the middle stage,then decreased sharply,and there was a little changed at the end of process.The carbon-nitrogen ratio increased gradually in growing point of differentiated variety in flower bud differentiation period,it reached the highest level in growing point at squaring stage,then decreased;it still increased in leaf after squaring stage.4.The change of protective enzyme activity: the SOD activity reached the lowest level in growing point of differentiated variety at grade 2-3 of flower bud differentiation,subsequently,increased continuously,there was an extremely significant difference at bolting stage;the POD activity increased at grade 2-3 of flower bud differentiation,but there was not a significant difference,it increased sharply at bolting stage.The SOD and POD activity in undifferentiated variety showed a same trend with the differentiated variety.The stage of flower bud differentiation of weak winterness variety could be estimated by the determination of SOD and POD activity.The isozyme pattern of POD at the grade 3-5,squaring stage and bolting stage was more plenty than it at grade 0-1 and 2-3.
