With the decrease of offshore fishery resources, ocean fishing industry began to develop rapidly and grow stronger. Ocean fishery is a strategic and resource industry that relate to national security and preserving of maritime rights and interests. Ocean capture works long cycle, it's need to undertake lighterage operation when transport the harvest back home regularly. Because of the bad ocean state, it's very dangerous and low efficiency to undertake lighterage operation by using the own derricks of the trawler. By taking a special ship to undertake lighterage operation and transport will increase the cost of ocean capture enterprise. Not only can it save the cost of transportation, but also it can shorten the rotation period of trawlers with developing transfer system applied to ocean capture ship and realizing lighterage operation fast between boats in severe ocean condition, and it will greatly promote the development of ocean fishery.According to the requirements of lighterage operation on the ocean fishing boat, a kind of flexible lighterage system with wave active compensation function was put forward, The system consists of vertical lift, flexible slipway and conveyer belt, using industrial computer as a central station, and sub-station is PLC. In this paper, firstly, the key mechanism design of lighterage system were deeply discussed, then in order to realize the wave active compensation, this paper adopts UWB technique for measuring boat vessel location distance. To determine the coordinate relations between the two endpoint of flexible slipway through coordinate conversion, According to the catenary theory concluded the formula for calculate the length of flexible slipway, and predict the length of flexible slipway by BP neural network time series method, at the same time, using the software MATLAB to Process the data. As the main part of host computer was Lab VIEW software, It provides users with comprehensive information and a simple control interface. This paper base on the hybrid programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB, used MATLAB with powerful calculation function to complicated calculation, then, the predicted results are transmitted to the lower computer. As the main part of the lower computer was PLC program, according to the requirements for control system, modularity design the PLC program. In this paper, theoretical prediction was increased, wave active compensation was realized, so as to realize safe lightering task.This paper introduces the mechanism and control system design, and carries on the model experiment. The experimental results prove that the model of flexible lighterage system is safe, reliable and have high efficiency; and the design scheme has strong feasibility and practicability.
