With the continuous improvement of the economic level and the living standard,the material demand has been basically met,and people's spiritual needs become one of the important factors to meet people's life,and people begin to pay attention to their own quality of life.More and more people has focused on the comfortable living environment,and it has become a hot topic for many scholars to study.The residential form of modern urban residents is mainly residencecommunity,and the microenvironmentin residencecommunity directly affects the thermal comfort [1] of residents' outdoor environment.The microenvironment in residencecommunity mainly includes outdoor temperature,humidity,air speed and radiation,which determines the degree of thermal comfort.This paper mainly discusses the factors affecting the microclimate in residencecommunity from two aspects:natural environment and artificial environmental factors.Natural environmental factors are mainly based on the climate of nature environment,and artificial environmental factors are mainly human design factors in residencecommunity,such as three aspects,such as architectural layout,the material of the underlying surface in residencecommunity and the building monomer.The Tibetan Plateau has special geographical environment andclimate.Tibet autonomous region is located in the southwest of the Tibetan Plateau.The duration of sunshine is long and it enjoys the reputation of 'daylight city'.The annual average temperature is low,the summer is cool,the winter is cold,and the temperature difference between day and night is large,and the wind speed is high.Sunlight radiation is an important factor affecting the climate and environment in this area.More and more scholars began to study all aspects of Tibet to make Tibet develop healthier and faster.This paper mainly focuses onTibet to study microclimate in residencecommunity.Weselected the Tibet autonomous region capital Lhasa as the subject investigated,chose the more typical residential area in Lhasa City,select testpoints through three factors,road direction,underlying surface and building interval in residencecommunity,and compare and analyze the measured data.and the two important indexes of outdoor thermal environment such asthe average radiation temperature MRT and Thermal comfort evaluation index SETare analyzed.It is aimed to analyze its comfort degree.Thus the better thermal comfort formation mode is obtained.Finally,the conclusion of the comparative analysis of measured data is given,we can design modification worksin the Jiarong shanty town in Chengguan District of Lhasa city.The project is designed for the renovation project in the household area.The main design of the scheme is the layout of the building and theunderlying surface,and the better thermal comfort environment is better utilized and arranged.
