| Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our country,road transportation vehicles increase,road traffic accidents has also increased,which brought great hidden dangers to human life and property.During many traffic accidents which is caused by the road in the city,the accident occurred mainly at the location of intersection when freight vehicle turn right,it’s known as "right turn accident".The accident is about in the process of freight vehicles to turn right,from scratch,collision,truck rolling straight or left turn non motor vehicles or pedestrians,caused a fatal car crash accidents.Usually before vehicle accidents in the normal running state and technical performance of the vehicle,the driver had no good subjective negligence,harm and influence after the accident is extremely serious,therefore this kind of accident is often called "fatal turn",which has brought great danger to the safety of human life and property caused great loss.In order to reduce the vehicle turning traffic accidents,improve the semi-trailer train capacity,analysis of domestic and foreign standard and regulations is carried on.Combined with the most commonly evaluation index used for tractor and semitrailer,passing ability of the tractor and semitrailer standards is studied,vehicle turning design software Auto Turn is used to simulation analysis with the length of 18.10 m,16.5m tractor and semitrailer.Tractor front suspension traction seat,front distance and semi-trailer wheelbase is used as the main structure parameter.Where the parameter changes,tractor and semitrailer react in different characteristic.The improvement method and suggestion of tractor and semitrailer is put forward.The simulation result can improve the passing ability of tractor and semitrailer and also can enhance the safe operation. |
