The growing number of private cars has brought severe challenges to the urban parking lots with the development of economy and the advancement of the urbanization process.Most of the car park management systems in our country still rely mainly on manual tolling at present and the traffic is inefficient,which has caused traffic jams and parking difficulties,and has seriously affected the urban traffic environment.In view of the shortage of manual tolling in traditional car park management system and taking Tianjin Binhai Airport parking lot for research object,ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)that has been widely used on expressway is applied to the field of intelligent parking lot,which promotes the intelligence and automation of the car park management systems,keeps up to the calling of pushing the electronic invoice reform and seeks a new application model of electronic invoice in the intelligent parking lots.The car park management system based on ETC includes a lane controller,a cloud server and a mobile client,and the scheme of the lane controller and mobile client is introduced in this paper.The entrance and exit lane controller software are written by Python,coordinating peripherals to complete the entrance and exit lane logic,which achieves electronic toll collection.The peripherals mentioned above include awning light,inductive coils,railing machine,LED screen,camera,and RSU.The mobile client software based on Android is written by Java,and includes parking navigation module,personal information module,parking record module and electronic invoice module.The MVP design architecture is adopted to build the client software,which separates the data layer from the display layer,communicates between the two layers by calling the interface at Presenter layer.The vehicle location and navigation function are completed by integrating Baidu map API.The cloud server for data interaction is accessed by using Retrofit,which can query the user's parking records in the lane controller,and bill an electronic invoice according to the parking records.The lane controller in the car park management system based on ETC completes electronic toll collection,expands the use of ETC,improves the efficiency of parking,and alleviates the parking difficulties effectively.The mobile client completes the functions of the vehicle location and navigation,parking records querying and electronic invoice billing,which takes full advantage of the convenience of the Internet,and promotes information and intelligence of parking management system.Recently,an ETC entrance lane and an ETC exit lane have been rebuilt and deployed at Tianjin Binhai Airport parking lot,and the car park management system based on ETC described in this paper has been in trial operation stage.A reference design scheme that ETC is applied to the field of the intelligent parking lot is provided,which will promote the further development of car park management system based on ETC with the improving system.
