With the development of science and technology,industrial production is playing an increasingly important role in life.Large rotating machinery is an important equipment in industrial production,so it is important to ensure the normal operation of rotating machinery.Most of the rotating machineries are power machineries and their vibration parameters can reflect the running state.So we can monitor the machinery state by monitoring and analyzing its vibration signals that generated during the machinery operation.In recent years,the speed of rotating machinery upgrading is accelerating,and its internal structure is becoming more and more complex.But the traditional signal monitoring and analysis instruments which based on hardware circuits are difficult to upgrade and can not meet the market demand.Therefore,it is necessary to develop more advanced instruments to monitor the running state of the rotating machinery.To solve the above problems,a vibration signal analysis system based on LabVIEW was developed to monitor the state of rotating machinery.The system realized the processing,storage and analysis of vibration signals based on LabVIEW platform.In the aspect of vibration signal analysis,the time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and orbit analysis were realized.In addition,this paper proposed an automatic purification method based on EEMD for the analysis of the orbit analysis.Combined with the improved invariant linear moment and grey relational analysis,it completed the automatic identification of the axis shape,and realized the fault diagnosis.In this paper,the research status of the vibration signal monitoring rotating machinery fault and the orbit analysis was introduced in detail at first.Secondly,the feasibility of vibration signal monitoring rotating machinery faults was analyzed.The commonly used analysis methods of vibration signals were introduced,and the classification and corresponding characteristics of rotating machinery faults were given.Thirdly,the auto-purification of the orbit and the automatic recognition of the shape were described in detail and the validity of the method was verified.Fourthly,the display,processing,storage and analysis of the vibration signal were realized based on the LabVIEW platform.Finally,the system was tested based on the fault simulation platform.And the results showed that the system could accurately analyze the spectrum and cepstrum of the vibration signal,and identify the shape of the orbit,and realize the fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery.
