With the rapid development of Chinese strategic projects,e.g.national defense industry,aerospace technology and shipbuilding technology,as well as the construction of infrastructure concerning people’s livelihood,e.g.High-speed Railway,Natural Gas Project and West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipe Line Project.The demand for various types of steel pipes has been increased in the domestic market,which generates higher requirements for the continuous modification of steel pipe production equipment.Stacker machine for steel pipes has been introduced in the international markets for several decades,and many domestic suppliers of steel pipe equipment already have the capacity to manufacture stacker machine.However,due to the complexity of stacker machine,the level of automation and precision of domestic stacker machine is still low,many domestic steel pipe manufacturers still rely on imported stacker equipment.Therefore,there is an urgent need of novel stacker machine in the domestic steel pipe production industry.In order to solve the defects of domestic stacker equipment,the research in this paper has developed a new control method to improve the way of the existing stacker machine based on current technology to improve the production efficiency and stacking accuracy of the machine,as well as ensure the work safety of operators on site.This paper starts with the motion mechanism of the stacker machine,analyzes the relationship between the movements of each stroke,and formulates the overall control scheme of the stacker machine,then draws out the presence control circuit of the whole scheme.Using the EM253 position control module of S7-200 PLC to develop the whole program for the operation of the stacker machine in STEP7PLC programming software,and finally complete the vibration analysis of the lifting mechanism.This paper establishes a rigid flexible hybrid model,and then analyze its modal signal and vibration response,which provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of the lifting mechanism.The control system of stacker machine designed in this paper has the advantages of multi station,high precision and high automation,which greatly improves the production efficiency and operation safety of the domestic steel pipe stacker machine,Have a certain value of application and promotion...
