According to analysis the development status of gas pipe network and the gas usage,this paper want to studies the status of gas network monitoring system based on the Internet and the Internet of Things.First,a program that want to design a monitoring and warning platform system based on the gas pipeline leakage of the pressure regulating station(box)had been established,then,this paper mainly introduced the system architecture and the process improvement of the pressure regulating station,in other part of this paper,mainly introduced the choice of control scheme for the press station and the data functions to be displayed.This paper also focus on the choice of on-site instrument for pressure regulating station.Based on three principles which is economy,efficiency and cost-effective to measure the model of instruments related to pressure,temperature and leakage at the pressure regulating station,the valve for import and export,the safety divergent valve,And gas pressure regulator for the selection.This paper mainly introduces the component PLC in this research,elaborates the hardware structure and principle of the PLC,and also introduces the relative PLC software development related knowledge used in the research.In addition,the choice of system communication method is been introduced,the peer method is divided into remote communication and local communication,and use the remote monitoring system to collect data and data analysis.Finally,the overall construction of the early warning system for gas leakage has been introduced,the fault design and the related operation method of the system are been introduced.Based on design and revamp the original pressure regulating station(box)remote monitoring system,the main innovations of the article are to improve the accuracy of the data collected by the monitoring system and to effectively reduce the maintenance cost.At the same time,this remote monitoring system will add the data and control module into the existing gas network leakage warning management platform to establish a unified multisystem management platform,so that the original warning system will be upgraded to cover a wider area and to improve forecast accuracy and timeliness.
