China is one of the largest number of dam nation with the world,and the rate of dam failure in the world.And,from the domestic and foreign development of reservoir dam,the construction of the dam was no matter how good the quality of the project will change as time changes,the possibility of the dam accident dangerous reservoir dam if greatly.Because of improper construction,unreasonable design and management of defects and other factors,it is likely to cause a major accident,some reservoir dam is not easy to find the subtle changes may even lead to a disaster.The event of danger to life will bring immeasurable losses in the surrounding masses,on water resources The normal use has also brought inconvenience.The water level of reservoir dam safety monitoring system of the reservoir can play the role of monitoring and alarm,the reservoir dam safe operation.Therefore,scientific and reasonable to carry out real-time monitoring of dam is very necessary.According to the need of reservoir dam monitoring applications,in order to dangerous situations can be monitored in real-time to the reservoir,according to the theory of error analysis,the analysis method of grey prediction model,data processing method and the theory of safety monitoring automation system,and in the light of earth rockfill dam safety monitoring of the relevant information,to achieve the design of dam safety monitoring automation system of reservoir dam.The reservoir monitoring system consists of data acquisition and data processing and analysis of two parts.The data acquisition part of the implementation of the seepage pressure on dam seepage flow,water level monitoring,data collection and storage,and is capable of monitoring data and other related data query,system self checking function.data processing and analysis part can value the inspection function of abnormal data,and using the grey theory seepage pressure prediction curve and process line drawing.The program design using object-oriented Delphi language as a development platform,the development oflanguage strong database function can be connected to a variety of commonly used the database,the system uses a powerful data processing Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database as a background database,the establishment of the database the design meet the requirements,can be flexible and convenient with Delphi For the development of reservoir dam safety monitoring application platform for communication,efficient monitoring of large amounts of data and processed data management...
