With rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization progress in China,electricity consumption and electrical load of some cities and towns is at high speed,but power grid construction is relatively backward.High-load density of cities and towns resulted in more and more transformer substations and high voltage power lines going deep into load center,which brought prominent difficulty for site selection of newly-built transformer substations and route selection of power lines.These problems,if not properly solved in the planning stage,certainly will influence progress of electric power facilities construction.Good planning of power grids will be beneficial to save electricity,optimize power grid structure,guarantee secure,economical and reliable operation of power supply facilities and improve people's living standard and living quality.Moreover,developmental level of electric power facilities is also an important symbol to modernization level of cities and towns.It's of great significance to start planning of power grids for accelerating urban construction and improving investment environment and urban competitiveness.In this paper,with a country in southern Shandong Province as research object,its current power grid is analyzed as well as its problems in terms of electric power supply,electric network composition and network equipment.Additionally,based on the analysis of historical electric quantity and load,prediction methods including average growth rate predication method for different industries,trend extrapolation and electricity elasticity coefficient method are adopted to investigate the tendency of load,and to predict the electric quantity and load of the county;and finally,current power grid shall be reconstructed and perfected on basis of load predication result with targeted layout planning of transformer substations,circuits and medium and lower voltage distribution.The planning is prospective,technically economic and rational combined with new construction and renovation,which can both satisfy the needs of social and economic development of this county,accord with the urban overall planning.
