Because of its characteristics of high reliability,high thermal efficiency,good antivibration performance and flexible operation,the three-phase synchronous generator has the advantages of high reliability,high efficiency,low power consumption and low power consumption.In view of its power generation mode and its control system characteristics,the three-phase synchronous generator control system And the research work is as follows:Firstly,the generation principle of the synchronous generator is analyzed,and the driving system and control advantage of the synchronous generator are described.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of synchronous generator and asynchronous generator are compared.The composition of synchronous generator is described and the parameters of synchronous generator are given.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the synchronous generator control system is designed,and the hardware of the control system is given.The minimum synchronous generator system with STC89C52 RC is designed,including clock,reset,4 × 4 key matrix,L298 N Drive circuit,synchronous generator H-type circuit,the display circuit.Finally,the software of the control system of the small-scale synchronous generator is designed.The subroutines of system software main program,keyboard scanning subroutine,positive and negative voltage generating sub-program of armature end,signal generating sub-program of synchronous generator are given.The simulation results show that the speed and duty cycle of the small sized generator are linear,which is in accordance with the theoretical analysis.
