The new temperature-sensitive SiBCN ceramic solves the problem that the temperature measurement can not be carried out in the harsh environment such as high temperature and corrosion.The measurement technology of the SiBCN temperature sensor made from this material is different from the radiation temperature measurement,the spectral temperature measurement and the thermocouple Temperature measurement and other traditional techniques,all of which need to use perturbation measurement technology.According to the working principle of SiBCN temperature sensor and the perturbation method,this paper demonstrates the designs of a wireless swept signal transceiver hardware system based on SiBCN temperature sensor,which can be used for temperature measurement in harsh environment.SiBCN temperature sensor has a negative correlation between the resonant frequency and the ambient temperature.For further verification,based on the working principle of the SiBCN temperature sensor and the principle design method of the perturbation method,it analyzed the requirements of the hardware system and put forward the requirements of index.The hardware program of the wireless sweep signal transceiver system based on SiBCN temperature sensor includes five modules,sweep signal generation module,signal transmission conversion channel module,signal conversion acquisition module,controller module and external interface module.Sweep signal generation module is mainly to make output signal of HMC833 signal source multiplier processing,and obtain 11.0 ~ 11.6GHz sweep signal;Signal transmission conversion channel module is to use ring and waveguide isolation transceiver channel,for sending sweep signal and receiveing echo signal;.Signal conversion acquisition module utilizes coaxial detector to make SiBCN temperature sensor echo signal into a voltage signal,and then use 12-bit 1MSPS AD9226 analog-to-digital conversion chip carrying out voltage signal acquisition and analog-to-digital conversion;The controller module controls the HMC833 signal source,realizes the adjustment of the amount of sweep frequency,the sweep frequency and the sweep frequency range,processes the data collected by the AD,calculates the resonant frequency of the sensor,and draws the S11 curve;External interface module is to display the S11 curve in the host computer or display screen.Through the hardware design and system debug,build a complete SiBCN temperature sensor wireless sweep signal transceiver hardware system can be finally bulit up.Through debugged of the system and analysis of the experimental.Results show that the resonant frequency and temperature of the sensor are negatively correlated,that is,the temperature increases and the frequency decreases,which is consistent with the formula,and the temperature and frequency change rate is about 421.2k Hz / ?,the sensor hardware response time is less than 1ms,suited to the hardware system performance indicators of SiBCN temperature sensor at 25 ~ 350 ?.
