The steel grid box structure of assembled overall honeycomb spatial,presented by the professor Kejian Ma,member of the prestigious Chinese Academy of Engineering,is a new kind of structural form.It is an innovation of the previous ‘monotonous’ square grid model.The benefits of which include its spatial forcing system,good adaptability and less building material consumption.Also,it is more suitable for long span structure.Under the three principles of circular economy of our country,the development of this structure meets the requirements of the ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.Therefore,more in-depth theoretical analysis for practical engineering related to this is in great need when considering its broad prospects and promoted development.This paper mainly focuses on the honeycomb type box structure is applied to the single span of theoretical analysis,of the multistory industrial buildings is mainly introduced the first cellular steel vierendeel sandwich plate floor geometry,structure requirements,such as assembly unit.Expounded from structural mechanics related principles of cellular steel grid wall frame action principle,and explained the stencil format wall lateral stiffness big reason,is derived using the simplified calculation method of steel grid wall frame lateral stiffness calculation formula;Second of cellular steel grid floor before 12 order modal analysis and the surface of the sheet thickness,hollow beam height,width and shear key grid size on parametric analysis of these parameters was studied effects on cellular steel grid floor fundamental frequency;Then in Shan Dong He Ze a proposed single span three layers industrial plant as an example,according to the current standard clauses respectively adopted cellular steel grid box structure with conventional steel frame structure system structure design,and compared two kinds of structure system is analyzed in the elastic state of steel weight of the mechanical properties and etc.Finally,the cellular steel grid box structure with conventional steel frame structure,respectively as static elastoplastic analysis,comparative analysis of two kinds of structure under severe earthquake is the structural seismic performance,structural lateral stiffness and ductility of structure,which demonstrates the cellular steel grid box structure under severe earthquake is whether have enough seismic performance,the structure of lateral stiffness and ductility of enough to break through the regulations provisions limit.Totally speaking,it is worth popularizing and promoting the application prospect of the steel grid box structure of assembled overall honeycomb spatial,in the sense that it is characterized of economical efficiency and reliability in stress.
