In recent years,the transportation industry is becoming more and more stringent for motor vehicle emissions.Natural gas,as renewable clean energy,is the preferred alternative energy source for current diesel engines because of its abundant reserves,low emissions and easy storage and transportation.At present,the focus of domestic mainstream heavy truck enterprises is to add natural gas equipment to the diesel engine.The diesel / natural gas dual fuel engine is modified.Because this engine is a complex system with multi-variable and strong coupling,it needs to update the existing dependent model.In this paper,we use the data-driven control algorithm which can directly utilize the data to achieve the goal of reducing the emission of diesel / natural gas dual fuel engine electronic control system.Firstly,the control principle and operation characteristics of diesel / natural gas dual fuel engine are studied,and the Simulink model is established by analyzing the combustion process.Secondly,on the basis of the model,the characteristic parameters describing the current state of the engine are extracted from the experimental data,and the working condition of the engine is identified based on the theory of the neural network,and the mapping relationship between the characteristic parameter and the engine condition is established,which provides the basis to the implementation of data-driven algorithm control strategy.Thirdly,considering the control system with multivariable and strongly coupled,in order to realize the control strategy of matching condition,this paper chooses the data driven control algorithm which is controlled by input and output data,the typical data-driven control algorithm is deeply researched and studied,and the performance of the algorithm is further studied by design simulation experiment.Finally,combining with the advantages of the algorithm,two kinds of algorithm schemes are designed,and the simulation system is designed to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes.the effect of the algorithm is verified by the reduction of the system ’s emissions and diesel consumption.The experimental results show that the data driven algorithm has good control performance for fuel consumption and discharge of diesel / natural gas dual fuel engine.
