The research of drag reduction problem is a new hot field in recent years.The research method is generally testing the drag reduction performance of the samples by the fluid mechanics experiment device,and then put it into the actual production application.The drag reduction performance test of the sample is usually carried out in a water tunnel?an experimental sink or a towing pool.The function of the water tunnel is the most complete among them,Therefore,it is very important to design an effective experimental device.Based on the design requirements,the design of the test platform and the measurement and control system are carried out on the basis of analyzing the corner and its regional rectification technology,and the installation,commissioning and calibration experiments are carried out after the processing of each section.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the design requirements of the test platform,determine the structural size of the experimental section;initially put forward the overall design of the test platform;analysis and elaboration of the design process involved in the key technology.(2)The influence of the stabilizing section grating and the deflector of the corner section on the flow field quality,especially the experimental section is analyzed by numerical calculation method,And the influence of different distribution modes of deflector on the quality of the flow field is analyzed.Put grille in the stabilization section and put deflector in the corner can reduce the turbulence and reduce the pressure loss.(3)Put forward the initial design of the test platform structure;according to the initial structure design,calculating the entire test platform pressure loss;according to the pressure loss calculation results to determine the drive pump and motor;then complete the detailed structural design and measurement and control system design.(4)Install and debug the test platform,the test platform can run smoothly.The test platform is calibrated to determine the relationship between the operating frequency of the FM motor and the flow velocity of the experimental section.The debugging results are basically consistent with the design requirements of the test platform.
