An independent battery data acquisition device,battery parameter recorder is designed in this paper.After collecting in real time,the status data(voltage,current,temperature)of the battery are analyzed.Battery parameter recorder provides real and effective data support for testing and simulation of power battery,and meets the actual test for the domestic electric vehicle business.The development status of various international and domestic battery parameters recorder are introduced and analyzed firstly in this paper.The design scheme of this topic is put forward based on problems in the power battery testing process.Then the hardware circuits of the battery parameter recorder are designed in detail,including hardware implementation of main control,power supply,communication,storage,acquisition and other functional modules.Then,the design idea of system software is given.The main program,calculation program,data storage program,communication program of embedded software is designed in detail.Functional composition,interface display and several process modes of key and display interface were discussed.The simulation and experimental data of the prototype are analyzed to validate the performance of battery parameters recorder.Finally,the developing process of the project is summarized and the future development direction of recorder is prospected.The proposed prototype has been commissioned in a domestic vehicle factory at present.The prototype testing verifies that all the design requirements of the subject are met.It has high practical value to obtain the practical condition of electric vehicles and to and to test effectively.
