With the rapid development of modern scientific technology and rail transit,the subway as a new type of city transport has developed with its incomparable advantages and receives the attentions of more and more people.It has large capacity and operation speed,and it avoid the traffic crowd on the ground.Compared with another means of transport,it is more arrives on time and safe,it also relieves the hidden trouble of traffic safety of people.Auxiliary inverter of subway as a key part of auxiliary power supply equipment plays an important role in subway vehicle safety and comfort.Therefore,this paper with the purpose of auxiliary inverter of subway designs a portable inverter collection and analysis system which can quickly and efficiently diagnose the faults of auxiliary inverter of subway,and also analyze the faults,so it is of great significance to the safe operation of subway.The collection and analysis system of auxiliary inverter of subway contains a portable computer,data acquisition system and a virtual instrument system,which is made of graphical user interface software of communicating and displaying in the upper machine.Through the designing and developing the system by Lab VIEW,it realizes the displaying,testing and analysis in man-machine interface of auxiliary inverter signal data in real time.This system,which combines the system unit and rechargeable battery,has probability and the capability of anti-interference.Aiming at the open circuit fault of auxiliary inverter IGBT power tube is main reason of the failure of auxiliary power supply system,the collection and analysis system will be combined with the MATLAB environment and use Simulink components to simulate the open-circuit fault of auxiliary inverter,then this system adopts diagnosis algorithm of optimal LMD-RBFNN to realize the identification and classification of open-circuit fault of auxiliary inverter.Experimental results showed that portable collection and analysis system of auxiliary inverter can effectively and accurately diagnose the open-circuit fault of subway auxiliary inverter under the Lab VIEW environment,and it lays the basic of further auxiliary inverter fault detection and real-time processing.
