National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau in the "on the promotion of smart grid development guidance" mentioned in the coal,electricity,oil,gas field of information resources to share,water,gas,electricity,heat unified collection to support,The construction of data integration platform to facilitate the dynamic monitoring of cross-industry energy operation,to promote energy and information infrastructure reuse,which for the promotion of water,electricity,gas,hot multi-table data collection and monitoring provides a more favorable policy stand by.First,this paper describes the development of the layout of four table collection background and domestic provinces and cities,and analyzes the meaning and purpose of collection of table four,and from the economic and information exchange and other aspects can see table four collection of far-reaching significance for the development of the society.Secondly,the design is in accordance with the standard "DL/T698-2010 energy information acquisition and management system" and "Q/GDW-2013 electric power users information acquisition system" on the acquisition part of the function of software and hardware to achieve the performance requirements.The hardware is developed based on the platform of 32 bit high performance NUC972 NUVOTON micro controller chip,using MBUS and RS485 to collect electricity,water,gas,heat meter real-time data,the collected data were transformed using the software operation,storage capacity of NANDFLASH to 1Gb,and through 4G communication module EC20 the results sent to the master station system for analysis and processing.Finally,by building the environment in the laboratory to the national grid and the grid company project requirement test,using the test data to analyze and verify the feasibility and stability of the four table collection terminal design,so as to achieve the integration of electricity,water,gas,heat collecting and energy and information sharing of infrastructure reuse.
