The dynamic tire forces are generated under the stochastic uneven road excitation while vehicle running on the road.With the increase of vehicle velocity and load,the premature failure of pavements and buried pipeline's damage caused by the heavy vehicle dynamic tire forces have attracted much attention.However,obtain accurate tire force is the key to study the dynamic responses of the road and buried pipelines which are affected by heavy vehicles.In order to study the heavy dump truck,a vehicle multi-body dynamics model was established by using ADAMS.Bilateral tracks' roads were formulated through the harmonic superposition method of rational function power spectral densities.The normal force,longitudinal force and lateral force were calculated under different velocities,different road levels,different decelerations and different friction coefficients.Meanwhile,the differences between left and right dynamic tire force were analyzed.And 11-degree vehicle vibration model was established to study the influence of suspension stiffness,suspension damping,and tire stiffness in time domain and frequency domain.This study provided dynamic forces for studying the dynamic responses of roads and buried pipelines which are affected by heavy vehicles,and supplied references for enhancing road-friendliness.
