Research On Cost Management And Control Of Pile Foundation Protection Project Of A Block

As an important branch of project management,the engineering project management is to plan,organize,direct,coordinate and control all the work within the life cycle of the engineering construction project through a certain form of organization and by using the view,theory and method of system engineering,so as to ensure the engineering quality,shorten the construction period and enhance the investment benefit.While,costs management of engineering project,as a significant part of it,is a comprehensive,scientific and reasonable job,which is of great significance in increasing productivity,saving expenses,strengthen cost accounting,improving enterprise management and enhancing the management level of the whole enterprise.It is mainly composed of cost forecast,cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis,cost assessment and etc.The thesis makes a comprehensive analysis on the construction project by adopting such methods and theories as earned value method,factor analysis,fishbone diagram method and total factor costs management method,does relevant research on costs management and control,analyses various factors that affect the engineering project cost and finds how to manage the project systematically by combining theories and cases,as well as analyses the main problems in the management process and points out the gap between theory and practice through the research on the costs management and control during the whole process of the case project.Upon study on costs management theory in the construction project,the thesis holds that,it helps to improve the costs management level,by taking the combination of target costs management and management of total factors affecting cost as the guiding ideology of costs management of engineering project and at the same time,making further analysis on project cost control through such methods as earned value method and factor analysis.It can overcome the shortcomings of controlling the expenses and cost separately by adopting the methods above in the cost and progress control of engineering project.
