Fin-tube type oil cooler is mainly used for cooling lube oil,to keep the oil temperature within the normal range.When engine working,the oil viscosity with temperature rise and fall,lubrication ability lower,need to install the cooler to reduce the oil temperature,to keep the oil viscosity,therefore,cooler is one of important parts in oil lubrication cycle.Fin-tube type oil cooler is mainly composed of heat exchange tube,fin,spring turbulator and the valve.Traditional manufacturing process adopts the mechanical expanding method realizes the fin and the heat exchange tube connection,due to the effect of friction of the expansion head and pipe wall,cutting degree is higher,affect the work environment and service life,in addition,the mechanical expanding manufacturing process automation degree is low,consume a large amount of manpower cost.Therefore need to design and research fin tube type oil cooler manufacturing process,in order to improve the cleanness of tube wall and the production efficiency,reduce production costs.Fin-tube type oil cooler is introduced the structure,working principle and manufacturing process,understand the reason for the low cleanness of the heat exchange tube wall of mechanical expanding and the reason for the low production efficiency.Analysis and research the working principle,scope,application and limitations of widely used mechanical expanding,explosion expanding and hydraulic expanding.According to the structural characteristics of the tube-fin type oil cooler,a new hydraulic expansion method is put forward according to the shortage of hydraulic expansion in the manufacture of the tube-fin type oil cooler.For cooler material pulled test,obtain the stress-strain curve;In this paper,the principle of hydraulic expansion is introduced,and the theoretical calculation of the hydraulic expanding process of tube fin oil cooler is presented;Finite element analysis software ANSYSWorkbench was used to simulate the hydraulic expansion process of the cooler,and the radial displacement of the outer wall of the heat exchanger was simulated under different hydraulic conditions;On the basis of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,the hydraulic expansion test is carried out on the electric pressure test pump,and the best expansion pressure is obtained by coMParing the simulation and experimental data.The analysis and experiment on the hydraulic expansion of the heat exchanger tubes after bending and bending are carried out.The characteristics of tube bending process and its application are studied;Tube bending was calculated,and the simulation of the bending process by using finite element analysis software Dynaform,to understand the bending heat exchange tube wall thickness distribution and stress;Bending test in horizontal bending machine,bending tube cutting test;On the basis of the research of heat transfer tube bending,the elbow protection device is designed and the hydraulic expansion test is carried out to obtain the change of wall thickness.Finally,the hydraulic expansion process is analyzed,and the hydraulic expansion process equipment is designed.Research on the classification,characteristics and application occasions of pallet exchange technology;On the basis of the pallet exchange technology,according to the characteristics of the hydraulic expansion of the tube-fin type oil cooler,the exchange worktable and the tray are designed.
