In this paper,through the research of the influence of bushing liner stiffness parameters in the vehicle's front and rear suspension on the vehicle ride comfort parameters,the optimization of the vehicle's ride comfort was achieved.First of all,look at books about the designing of the vehicle suspension system and the analysis of the parameters of the bushing liner stiffness.A SUV model for the simulation in the ADAMS/Car software was established.According to the Sayers experience model,the ADAMS/Car Ride plugin is used to establish pavement models for simulation,such as the model of rough cement concrete pavement and E grade pavement.The analysis based on the original design of the liner stiffness parameters of suspension bushing,The RMS of chassis vertical acceleration,front and rear suspension deflection and dynamic load of front and rear tires(considering only in part of loads)and other parameters were taken as the research object,linear models were fit by least square method through the ADAMS/Insight module,the approximate linear relationship between the liner stiffness of the bushings and the parameters above was obtained.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis through ADAMS/Insight module is taken to find out the bushing stiffness parameter which has the greatest influence on the RMS value of chassis vertical acceleration.After determining the variables to be optimized,the linear programming algorithm and genetic algorithm were used to calculate the initial optimization scheme in MATLAB.And ride comfort test of the preliminary optimized vehicle model,comparing the test results with the vehicle model before optimization.The effectiveness of the preliminary optimization scheme was verified.If the modified scheme is better than the original one,it can prove the rationality of the optimization method and optimization algorithm.Then,on the basis of the preliminary optimization scheme,the factors such as the stiffness synergy are further considered,and the optimization scheme is adjusted to generate the final optimization scheme as close as possible to the actual project.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out on the vehicle model which is optimized by the final optimization scheme,and the test results are compared with that of the vehicle model before optimization to verify the effectiveness of the final optimization scheme.It is proved that the optimization scheme of the ride comfort is feasible under several conditions which were considered in this paper.
