Automobile emission regulations more stringent requirements,diesel engine ECU highly integrated is an inevitable trend,directly based on the original MCU platform and the underlying driver software integration there are many system failures.To solve these problems,develop and design a new generation of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system ECU software;follow the IS026262 standard to ensure the functional safety of the entire system performance;the use of more powerful micro-control and more excellent control algorithm.On the diesel car NVH,car energy-saving emission reduction performance and ensure the safety of car users has an inportant significance.The TC275 is the main controller of the ECU,the YN30CR diesel engine is used as the control object,the control system needs to be analyzed,and the underlying software is divided into the following functional modules according to the TC275 on-chip resources:engine phase identification tracking,engine state signal acquisition,injector electromagnetic Valve drive,fuel metering unit drive and rail pressure control and other sub-modules.According to IS026262 standard specifcation to complete the code development analysis,design,packaging and other work content,in accordance with the definition of the underlying software architecture for system integration.The crankshaft and camshaft synchronous phase signals are designed to simulate the engine speed variation,which provides the basic signal for the system hardware ring(HIL)test.The phase signal detector is designed to select 60 times the crankshaft signal and the cam Axis sigpal 1800 times the frequency,for the fuel injection control to provide a resolution of 0.1 degrees crank angle signal;designed the injector solenoid valve Peak-Hold current waveform closed-loop drive controller to achieve the solenoid valve drive current real-time adjustment,Which solves the problem that the solenoid valve is burned due to overpressure and overcurrent.The fuel pressure closed-loop PI controller is designed to realize the real-time regulation of the opening control signal of the solenoid metering unit solenoid valve to ensure that the rail pressure is reached quickly and stably The design of the engine phase signal filter,the realization of the crankshaft signal and camshaft signal fault tolerance processing,multi-standard recognition algorithm for the crankshaft signal design of the Kalman filter;designed the system HIL experiment,verify the sub-module code,The feasibility and effectiveness of system code.HIL experimental results show that:1)analog phase signal system,the engine state signal acquisition system is working properly;2)phase signal detector can correctly determine the phase signal state,injector control sub-module to achieve in accordance with Peak-Hold current waveform to open the injector;3)Fuel pressure PI closed-loop controller is activated when the engine speed reaches 700rpm.
