Biological sample detection technology,after years of development,now has been involved in many fields of clinical medicine,food hygiene,environmental monitoring,customs detection etc..UPT as a new type of quantitative and rapid detection method,which has the advantages of high sensitivity,high flexibility,high stability,high security,etc.,has a broad development potential.Multi-channel immune rapid detection instrument is based on UPT immunochromatography technology as the background,the use of modern optics,electronics,computers and other advanced technologies.It is a kind of used for clinical immune chromatography detection of high accuracy multi-channel testing equipment,has convenient operation,accurate,effective quality control,etc,and is suitable for biological terrorist attack site rapid screening test.The control system of biological sample detection based on embedded Linux is based on the in-depth study of the biological sample detection and the development of embedded technology,design and build image acquisition and sample detection system based on embedded Linux operating system and ARM core microprocessor.The system takes advantage of the microprocessor based on ARM kernel control CMOS image sensor to capture and preservation,and control the laser temperature control and positioning system based on PIC single chip microcomputer as the MCU.Finally,the sample plate is accurately positioned,then the sample image is acquired by CMOS image sensor,and the electric signal on detection tape and the control tape in the sample slot are acquired with the laser,and finally uploaded to the host computer in Linux system.The image and the detection result are displayed in the QT/E interfaceThe control system of biological samples is an ARM-based,for intelligent,fast and accurate biological sample detection applications,an embedded Linux system can be used for image acquisition and display,and detecting and displaying the results.It has the characteristics of low power consumption,high stability,safety and low cost.
