| With the increasing number of vehicles on the road,traffic problems have become more and more obvious.Cars facilitate people’s lives,in the meantime,bring a series of traffic problems.In many cities,the problem of parking difficult is becoming more and more serious because it has caused weak road capacity and traffic disorder,which indirectly restricting the regional economic development.Since the existing parking spaces is being difficult to meet the need of increasing vehicles,the problem of“parking difficulty” has become an important factor hindering the development of urban transport.Therefore,the key to solve the parking problem is to make full use of existing parking resources and to improve the parking efficiency.This paper mainly uses the parking spaces in the parking lot as the research object.The method of image processing is used to realize the state detection of the parking spaces.A parking navigation system which can guide the driver to quickly stop is designed and realized.Cameras are used to collect the video images in the parking lot and each frame images is preprocessed to reduce the impact of noise on the picture quality and to enhance the local characteristics of the image under the premise of ensuring the integrity of the image information.When the coordinates of all the parking spaces in the image are located,the vehicle detection on the parking space can be realized by using the improved background difference algorithm according to the change of the pixel accumulation amount in the parking area of the image.In order to improve the user experience and parking efficiency,the parking navigation system is realized by using a submit mode.The test results of parking spaces will be processed into data that are sent to the FPGA by the host computer,and then based on the parking data,the different display modules are controlled by the designed controller in FPGA to guide the driver to find the right parking spaces.Theparking space information can be sent to the driver’s mobile client through the communication network.The APP software based on Android operation system is developed.Drivers can get fully information of the vacancy of parking lot through the client in time,and the proper parking lot through the client in time,and the proper parking spaces can be quickly and accurately founded. |
