At the Seasonal load,daily peak hours,Urban and rural areas,rural low voltage 400V station line will be due to excessive line active power loss in low-voltage 400V user side to produce low voltage problems.The frequent occurrence of low voltage has seriously affected the normal life of the residents,and hindering the development of regional economy.In order to solve the problem of low voltage,the traditional way to solve the problem of low voltage is the transformation of the 400V area,the installation of JP reactive power compensation equipment and series voltage regulator,or in line with the use of higher power grid technology and 10kV line series voltage regulator and other technical means to solve the problem of low voltage.However,according to the requirements of the economic and the demand of the traditional 400V reconstruction,and the demand of reactive power compensation capacity is larger for specific 400V lines.Considering the safe and stable operation of distribution network,the application of 10~35kV series compensation technology and series voltage regulator is relatively few.Based on the analysis of the causes of low voltage,the research on the low voltage problem is mainly focused on the analysis of the low voltage caused by the active voltage drop of the 400V line,and study on the 400V series voltage regulator scheme for low voltage problems.However,different types of load will make the voltage regulation effect of series voltage regulator differently.When the voltage of the series voltage regulator is increased,the voltage at the point of installation is low which make the low voltage control effect is difficult to guarantee.Based on the above problems,in this paper,we first consider the actual connection form of the 400V area,and study the reasonable subsection equivalent of 400V line and establish the simulation model.Furthermore,the influence of the series voltage regulator on the voltage distribution in the 400V area is analyzed.Then,the influence of different load models on the voltage regulation of the series voltage regulator is studied.Based on the measurement data of "four in one",the identification method of load type specific gravity is studied.According to the identification of the proportion of load type,build the peak load model.Based on the principle of short term load forecasting based on Kalman filter,this paper makes a one week forecast of the proportion of load types in the area.Finally,according to the characteristics of series voltage regulator under peak load,we study the reasonable selection method of installation point of series voltage regulator.According to the theoretical analysis and simulation results,a voltage regulator is installed in the 400V area of Yunnan which has low voltage problem.The feasibility of this method is verified by the research results.
