With the rapid development of computer network technology,microelectronics technology,as well as servo drives technology,and digital communication technology,the integration of vehicle equipment is getting higher,which greatly increases the complexity and uncertainty of the equipment failure.Now on-board equipment fault diagnosis is still depending on expert experience.The accuracy of diagnosis are unable to meet people's need,therefore,it is very important to find a diagnosis method that can find fault location,the cause of fault,and make timely and accurate judgment in terms of the possible fault symptoms.After a long period of time,vehicle fault diagnosis field records a large number of relevant fault data and accumulates a certain amount of diagnostic experience,which provides favorable data evidence support for the realization of the Bayesian classifier diagnosis model.Bayesian classifier can use the data samples to train the Bayesian diagnostic model to realize the function of vehicle fault diagnosis,and the diagnosis can be used as the on-board device to predict the possible fault symptoms,so as to achieve intelligent fault diagnostic purposes.Firstly,ARM9 intelligent vehicle fault diagnosis system is analyzed from the hardware design and software implementation,the CAN bus is used to complete the vehicle equipment data collection,transmission,Linux operating system management center analysis the data of the board equipment.External 3G wireless communication network module achieves real-time and remote center data transmission;Secondly,the Bayesian network technology is deeply researched and improved;and then the fault diagnosis model based on Bayesian network technology is set up based on the fault data and fault characteristics of engine jet device;Finally,the diagnosis interface of intelligent vehicle fault diagnosis system is designed by QT platform,and the fault diagnosis system is tested.
