NASICON?Na Super ionic Conductor?is a kind of a three-dimensional inorganic solid electrolyte ion transport channels,also known as sodium fast ion conductor,its parent for Si substitution of NaZr2P3O12 part of P and get Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12?NZSP,0<x<3?solid solution with high Na+ conductivity,when x=2,Na3Zr2Si2PO12 has high ionic conductivity,can compared with ?-Al2O3 which owns two-dimensional ion channels.In this article,thermogravimetric analysis?TG?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and electrochemical workstation were adopted to characterize Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte materials and metal oxide doped NZSP solid electrolyte materials.At first,this paper prepared NASICON type Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte materials through solid-state method and sol-gel method to study the effect of different sintering temperature and holding time on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the solid electrolyte materials.Experimental results showed that using solid-state method of Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte materials prepared by 1100 ? for 12 h of solid electrolyte materials exhibited good electrochemical performance,at room temperature,the highest bulk and total ionic conductivity were 7.41×10-4 S cm-1 and 5.82×10-4 S cm-1,respectivily;Na3Zr2Si2PO12:solid electrolyte materials made by sol-gel method under the condition of 1050 ?performed the best ionic conductivity.Under its optimal condition,the bulk and total ionic conductivity were 4.74×10-4 S cm-1 and 2.93×10-5 S cm-1,respectivily.In the optimization process,using the solid-state method on Na3Zr2Si2PO12 Zr4?doping modification,the results showed that by different doping concentration of metal oxides on the Na3+yZr2-xMxSi2PO12,?M = ZnO,MgO,La2O3,Nd2O3,Y2O3,CeO2 and Nb2O5;0?x?0.5;y was based on charge balance calculation?material for doping,comparing the XRD diffraction spectra,compouds with x = 0.1 was selected for the optimum doping content of different metal oxide.Under the condition of optimum doping content,doping of metal oxide to the NASICON material that this article selected all can show good electrochemical performance,in which La,Zn and Nb doped NZSP had higher ionic conductivity at room temperature,their total ionic conductivity were 9.14×10-4 S cm-1,9.15×10-4 S cm-1 and 1.14×10-3 S cm-1,which owned a higher ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte materials closed to 10-3 S cm-1.Particle size of 2-6 ?m PS microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization method,and PS microspheres were made as template by using codeposition method and were composited with Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte materials,the Na3Zr2Si2POi2 solid electrolyte 3D macroporous materials was synthesized finally.
